Day 1- Kolkata Arrival – Millenniym Park – Belur Math 

Check in at Vivada jetty, Millennium Park as per convenience in the evening. In the evening we visit to Belur Math at 1700 hrs. Is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda, a chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. The monastery was meant to receive and train young men who would eventually become sannyasis of the Ramakrishna Mission, and to give them training for their philanthropic work. Swami Vijnanananda, a brother-monk of Swami Vivekananda and one of the monastic disciples of Ramakrishna, who was, in his pre-monastic life, a civil engineer, designed the temple according to the ideas of Vivekananda and Swami Shivananda, the then President of Belur Math laid the foundation stone on 16 May 1935. The 40-acre (160,000 m2) campus of the Belur Math on the banks of the Ganges includes temples dedicated to Ramakrishna, Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda, in which their relics are enshrined, and the main monastery of the Ramakrishna Order. The campus also houses a Museum containing articles connected with the history of Ramakrishna Math and Mission. Several educational institutions affiliated with the Ramakrishna Mission are situated in the vast campus adjacent to Belur Math.

Day 2: Chandannagar - Bandel 

Breakfast at 7.30 am. After breakfast city tour to Chandannagar by 9.30 am. 


The Europe on Ganges : There are 5 European reminiscence within 40 km north of Kolkata and were trading post. The vessel will drop anchor at Chandannagore -the French colony from 1673 to 1952, except between 1757 to 1794 when it was under the British. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch Visit to Bandel (Portuguese colony) - meaning the Port in Bengali, the place appears to the port during the time of Portuguese. 


Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm


Day 3: Kalna - Shantipur 

Breakfast at 7.30 am 

After breakfast city tour to Kalna by 9.30 am. The vessel will drop anchor at Kalna - Maharajas of Bardhaman built several magnificent temples with intricate terracotta ornamentation, the main one being 108 Shiv Mandir built in 1809 in traditional AAT chala architecture and the Raj bari which house most of the temples. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch Visit to Shantipur - the weavers of fine Bengal cotton, the village rich in handloom weaving, is the second largest occupation in the state of West Bengal. The weavers here blend the traditional art with the modern life style needs, offering rich variety of textiles, sarees, stoles, fabrics etc.

Day 4: Mayapur 

Breakfast at 7.30 am

After breakfast city tour to Mayapur by 9.30 am. The vessel will drop anchor at Mayapur & Matiari. Mayapur: Headquaters of ISKCON. Preaching the power of prayer to attain salvation. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch Visit to Matiari - Kansha (Bell metal wares) was a poor man substitute to the rich silverware used in Bengali homes for prayers, table wares and also for cooking. The traditional Kansari artisans make from scrap metals handcrafted wares and artifacts. 


Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 5: Murshidabad 

Breakfast at 7.30 am 

After breakfast the vessel will drop anchor at Murshidabad, the historic town, the earliest evidences of history perhaps as early as circa 1500 B.C. The Nawab Murshid Quli Khan made Murshidabad the capital city of Sube Bangla, comprising of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. The East India Company reigned from here for many years after the Battle of Plessey. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch relax on vessel. 

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 6: Azimganj 

Reach Azimganj in the morning. 

Breakfast at 7.30 am. After breakfast the vessel will drop anchor at Jiaganj and Azimganj is a twin town and a municipality in Murshidabad district in the Indian state of West Bengal. There are several historic Jain temples in the city including Sri Neminath Swami, Chintamani Parasnath, Shantinath,Gaudi Parshwanath, Padmaprabhu, and Sanwalia Parasnath (Rambagh) temples and a dadabadi at Rambagh. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch visit to Azimganj. 

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 7: Farakka 

Barrage Reach Farakka Barrage in the morning. 

Today the guests shall have YOGA season on board. 

Breakfast at 7.30 am. After breakfast film on river ganges and talk show on the river and activities beside it. 


Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch relax on vessel.  

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm. Cultural Dance performance on board at 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 

As we cruise slowly, the beautiful country side of Jharkand . 


Day 8: Gaur 

Breakfast at 7.30 am. After breakfast Visit Gaur at Malda. Gour, located 16 km from Malda town, has major historical significance, as it was the capital of Bengal for several centuries. Gour has a number of monuments like Small Golden Mosque, Bara Darwaza, Dakhil Darwaza, Firoz Minar, Kodam Rasut Mosque, and the Tomb of Saint Makhdum Shaikh ached Siraj. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch relax on vessel.

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 9: Jharkhand 

Sailing on the Holy Ganges. 

As we cruise slowly, the beautiful country side of Jharkand and Bihar unfolds, Rajmahal and them to Manihari. Today the guests shall have YOGA season on board. 


Breakfast at 7.30 am. After breakfast visit to Jama Masjid, Mangal Haat, Jharkhand. Return to vessel for lunch. After Lunch relax on vessel. 

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm. Cultural Dance performance on board at 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 10: Bateswarstan - Vikramshila 

Breakfast at 7.30 am. After early Breakfast disembark at Bateswarsthan to visit Vikramshila. It is built by Bengal King Dharmapala in 8th Century. The Monastery Gradually Gained importance and become a centre for Tantric Buddhism. 


Return to Vessel for lunch. Lunch on board at 1.30 pm. After Lunch relax on vessel. 

Evening snacks on board by 6.30 pm 

Dinner on board 7.30 pm 


Day 11: Bateswarstan 

Jetty Disembark at Bateshwar sthan Jetty after breakfast for onward journey.
